Daily tasks

Experience in design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact.

Responsible for the overarching strategies, standard operating procedures and the day-to-day service delivery effectiveness of the recruitment arm of the Talent Acquisition function.

Full life cycle recruitment process for entry level through senior executive positions, including the management of the Authority’s employee job posting process.

Provides organizational leaders with subject matter expertise on recruiting strategies and design and implementation of cutting-edge programs to enable the authority to successfully approach the competitive marketplace for top talent.

Education Requirements

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, the Behavioral Sciences or a Human Resources related field. AIRS recruiter designation additionally preferred.

Work Experience

Six (6) years of direct multi-discipline, high volume corporate and/or outsourced recruitment operations management experience.

Experience in the design and delivery of talent acquisition programs having organization-wide impact.

Experience with: Microsoft Office 365 – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Communication Tool: Slack or Teams.

About this position Standard hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one (1) hour unpaid lunch break. However, the COTR may request temporary services for periods in excess of a seven and one half (7.5) hour day or a thirty-seven and one-half hour (37.5) hour week. Temporary personnel working six (6) hours or more are required to take a one‑half hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime: Hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in one week is considered as overtime work, all overtime must be approved by the COTR in advance.
