A confidential manufacturing facility is seeking a dependable Production Assembly Worker to join its secure production team. This role supports the assembly and packaging of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and security compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Perform production line tasks including assembling, fabricating, and testing parts and finished products.
Safely set up and operate equipment while monitoring for proper performance.
Handle materials and products manually, ensuring accurate movement between production areas.
Finalize, package, and prepare products for shipment according to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety and quality guidelines.
Identify and report any issues or equipment malfunctions to the team leader or supervisor.
Support team goals by meeting daily production targets and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred.
VantageClear certification or equivalent U.S. security clearance is required
Ability to lift and move products, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production standards.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay of $20.00 per hour with weekly pay.
