Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including Ortho, ENT, Urology .This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians. Perform procedures such as dermabrasion and IV infusion as needed. Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems like Cerner to document patient information accurately. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Participate in public health initiatives to promote community wellness. Manage patient follow-ups and coordinate care for patients in hospice palliative settings. Adhere to ICD-9 coding guidelines for accurate billing and documentation. Skills Strong knowledge of clinical practices in hospital and urgent care settings. Proficiency in performing dermatological procedures such as dermabrasion. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care. Understanding of public health principles and their application in clinical practice. Compassionate approach towards patients, especially those requiring hospice palliative care.
