Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP preferred) or Physician Assistant
to join its hospital medicine team in
Sanford, TX . This is a
full-time permanent position

Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and manage care plans in collaboration with physicians. Round on patients and support hospitalist services with continuity of care. Document all patient encounters in compliance with hospital and regulatory guidelines. Work as part of a multidisciplinary hospital medicine team. Requirements Active
Nurse Practitioner license
in Texas (AGACNP strongly preferred). Minimum
1 year of hospital medicine experience
required. Physician Assistants with inpatient experience will also be considered. Strong clinical judgment and ability to function independently.
