Salary mentioned upto $130,000 is for candidates with at least 5 years experience in Family Practice clinic with procedural skills, which is absolutely required. Otherwise starting at $105,000 for new graduates or else will be negotiated based on experience in the field . Summary As a Physician Assistant, you will be integral to delivering high-quality patient care in a medical setting. Reporting to the supervising physician, your role encompasses patient assessment, administering injections, and conducting physical examinations while adhering to HIPAA regulations. Your core skills in medical terminology and health coaching will enhance patient interactions. Additionally, leveraging premium skills such as critical care experience and familiarity with EHR systems like Epic will be essential for effective treatment planning. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status. Administer injections and perform basic life support as needed. Develop and implement health coaching plans tailored to individual patient needs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing patient information. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care and support. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate data management and documentation.
