We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated ENT Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work alongside our board-certified ENT specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience or an interest in ENT medicine, exceptional patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Additional Details Private, physician owned group Need an additional APP due to growth ENT experience preferred, but willing to train Willing to train, but no new grads M-F schedule Outpatient consults Will do follow ups and see some of their own patients 30ish patients per day Qualifications Medical office experience with a focus on patient care in otolaryngology Proficiency in basic life support and patient assessment Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations Experience administering injections and performing physical examinations Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner Strong understanding of physiology and health coaching techniques Ability to manage acute pain and perform triage in clinical settings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: Palm Springs, CA (Required) Ability to Relocate: Palm Springs, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
