Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in EMR systems. Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance cardiovascular medicine. Provide telehealth services as needed to enhance accessibility for patients. Qualifications Master?s degree in Nursing or related field with active Nurse Practitioner certification. Proven experience in critical care or acute care settings. Proficiency in EMR systems. Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to perform suturing and other procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
