What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide high-level support for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Expertly plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to ensure a smooth workflow
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and staff
Assist with special meetings, event planning, and preparation of meeting materials
Evaluate and streamline processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications)
5-10 years of experience supporting high-tech executives in a startup environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
Demonstrated attention to detail, flexibility, and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations and work independently
Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
Experience using SharePoint for internal document management
Proven resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively
Diplomatic with strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
