Location: Cleveland, OH
LHH is seeking a Division Controller for our client in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This onsite role offers the opportunity to lead financial operations for a key business segment and drive strategic decision‑making.
Position Overview As Division Controller, you will oversee all financial activities for your assigned segment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights. You will partner closely with operations and leadership teams to optimize performance and support growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the segment.
Analyze operational and financial results to identify trends and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GAAP, and internal controls.
Collaborate with plant leadership to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
Prepare and present segment‑level financial reports to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Controller or senior finance leader in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
