Interactive Strategy Consultant Our client is a global digital agency and consultancy partnering with leading enterprises to drive digital brand, marketing, and experience transformation. Working at the intersection of strategy, design, data, and technology, they help organizations modernize customer engagement and accelerate growth at scale.

They are seeking an Interactive Strategy Consultant to support digital-first brand and experience transformation initiatives. This role is well suited for someone with an agency or consultancy background who is digitally and UX inclined, comfortable in a client-facing environment, and experienced across brand, go-to-market, and experience strategy. This is not a pure content strategy role.

Base pay range $128,000.00/yr - $192,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Shape marketing and customer experience strategies that support brand and business growth

Develop strategic foundations including research, segmentation, personas, customer journeys, roadmaps, and business cases

Advise clients on digital and emerging technologies, including GenAI, to deepen customer engagement and enable new experiences

Generate insights across consumer behavior, culture, category, and competition to inform strategic narratives and decision-making

Conduct brand, marketing, and experience audits to identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities

Facilitate collaborative workshops using design thinking and stakeholder alignment techniques

Partner with creative, UX, data, and technology teams to translate strategy into execution

Support strategic pursuits and contribute to the evolution of experience, growth, and digital transformation offerings

Qualifications

7–12 years of experience in a digital agency or consultancy environment

Strong background in digital brand transformation, customer experience strategy, experience transformation, and go-to-market strategy

UX-leaning strategist; not focused solely on content or integrated campaign development

Experience operating as a junior-level client-facing consultant

Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and complex problem spaces

Demonstrated curiosity and engagement with emerging technologies, including GenAI

Additional Experience (Preferred)

Experience with or exposure to agencies known for digital and experience-led work

Background working across multiple industries such as consumer, retail, finance, manufacturing, or technology

Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/FigJam, and market research platforms
