Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) RN Director
Base Pay Range:
$110,670.00/yr - $140,920.00/yr Location:
Near Savannah, Georgia
This opportunity is for an experienced perioperative leader to oversee a busy, efficient program at a rapidly growing confidential ASC. The role involves staffing, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, physician collaboration, patient satisfaction, and overall performance of an outpatient surgical program.
Responsibilities
Oversee staffing and scheduling for perioperative services.
Ensure regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, and patient safety standards.
Collaborate with physicians and administrators to improve clinical outcomes.
Monitor patient satisfaction and develop improvement strategies.
Lead charge nurses and support staff in delivering efficient workflows.
Report to senior leadership on program performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field; RN licensure required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of perioperative leadership experience in an ASC or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of surgical protocols, safety, and accreditation standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff, budgets, and quality metrics.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
