Value-Based Care Strategy Advisor Job Description ATCA is seeking a senior Value-Based Care Strategy Advisor to join its Medical Advisory Board and support the alignment of its clinical model with value-based care frameworks, payer expectations, and outcomes-driven reimbursement models. This role is designed for experienced healthcare executives, physician-leaders, or payer-facing operators with deep exposure to Medicare Advantage, alternative payment models, and value-based care delivery. As a Value-Based Care Strategy Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA structures care pathways, outcomes measurement, and payer engagement to succeed in an increasingly value-oriented healthcare environment. You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical teams, and finance partners to ensure that clinical excellence, measurable outcomes, and financial sustainability are tightly aligned. Responsibilities Include Value-Based Care Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on aligning ATCA’s care model with value-based reimbursement structures and payer incentives. Payer Alignment & Contracting Insight: Advise on how outcomes, utilization, and cost-efficiency can be positioned to support payer partnerships and long-term contracts. Outcomes & Metrics Design: Guide the selection of clinical and functional outcome measures relevant to value-based care performance. Care Pathway Optimization: Support the refinement of care pathways to improve outcomes while managing cost, utilization, and patient experience. Medicare Advantage Expertise: Provide insight into Medicare Advantage priorities, performance metrics, and population management considerations. Data & Performance Review: Review aggregated, de-identified outcomes data to assess value-based performance and identify optimization opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with clinical, operational, and financial leaders to embed value-based thinking across the organization.
