This role is designed for experienced healthcare executives, physician-leaders, or payer-facing operators with deep exposure to Medicare Advantage, alternative payment models, and value-based care delivery. As a Value-Based Care Strategy Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA structures care pathways, outcomes measurement, and payer engagement to succeed in an increasingly value-oriented healthcare environment. You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical teams, and finance partners to ensure that clinical excellence, measurable outcomes, and financial sustainability are tightly aligned. Responsibilities Include Value-Based Care Strategy: Provide strategic guidance on aligning ATCA’s care model with value-based reimbursement structures and payer incentives. Payer Alignment & Contracting Insight: Advise on how outcomes, utilization, and cost-efficiency can be positioned to support payer partnerships and long-term contracts.
