As a Human Resources Director you are instrumental in shaping the culture of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Arrowhead by overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources department, assisting department managers with personnel matters, processing facility payroll, pre‑screening and onboarding all new hires, and maintaining positive employee engagement.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department.
Assist department managers with personnel matters.
Process facility payroll.
Pre‑screen and onboard new hires.
Maintain positive employee engagement.
Ensure residents receive high‑quality care through effective HR support.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR role, preferably in a health care setting.
5 years of prior HR Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
