This role is designed for senior geriatricians who bring deep experience in managing complex, multi-morbid aging populations and who are interested in shaping how precision medicine and AI-enabled care can improve outcomes for older adults at scale. As a Geriatrician Advisor, you will help guide patient-centered treatment protocols, ensure care models appropriately address comorbidities common in aging populations, and support the integration of holistic, longitudinal care into ATCA’s rapidly expanding clinic network. You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, clinical teams, and data science partners to refine treatment pathways, improve patient outcomes, and ensure that care delivery aligns with best-in-class geriatric standards while remaining scalable nationwide. Responsibilities Include Clinical Strategy & Oversight: Provide expert guidance on geriatric-focused evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment protocols for Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive conditions. Complex Care Management: Advise on treatment approaches that account for multi-morbidity, polypharmacy, frailty, and age-related physiological changes common in older adult populations. Precision Medicine Integration: Guide how patient history, functional assessments, biomarkers, and longitudinal data should inform individualized treatment decisions within ATCA’s AI-driven platform. Quality & Outcomes Review: Review aggregated, de-identified patient outcomes to ensure safety, effectiveness, and continuous improvement in geriatric care delivery across clinics. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with neurologists, primary care physicians, pharmacists, technologists, and executive leadership to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
