A recognized company is actively seeking a new Scrum Master to support Agile delivery for Digital Process Automation development teams and PEGA, enabling effective sprint execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove impediments and coach teams on Agile maturity
Track delivery metrics, risks, and dependencies
Partner with Product Owners on backlog readiness
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
4+ years of Scrum Master experience
CSM or PSM
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, velocity, and team coaching
Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and team health metrics
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desired Skills:
Experience supporting Pega or Workflow Automation teams
Experience in the Financial Services industry
