AI Product Analyst

Capgemini seeks an AI Product Analyst to help our clients unlock the value of emerging AI technologies. The role is part of a newly formed team focused on applying Generative AI to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

Perform product performance baselining, articulate OKRs, and establish product goals relative to current performance.

Advocate for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision that drive business value.

Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys; analyze this information and run AB testing, concept testing, and data analysis to inform product development.

Drive prioritization of product features for future releases of one or more delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities; maintain supporting documentation such as feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps.

Provide insights and drive qualitative & quantitative analysis of emerging trends in technology, product markets, and competitors to inform product direction, priorities, and roadmap.

Champion an MVP approach that focuses on creating feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.

Balance multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions.

Lead the development of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives.

Communicate and monitor progress, including regular KPI reporting.

Qualifications

Experience launching data‑driven digital products or feature releases, articulating product vision, and aligning with strategic goals.

Track record conducting field user research to validate user goals, frictions, and behaviors, and using this data to inform feature prioritization that meets user, commercial, and strategic needs.

Strong understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.

Experience analyzing market and industry trends and conducting competitor analysis to inform product direction.

Proficiency with appropriate analytics tools and methods.

Experience supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics, user stories, and managing product backlog.

Collaborative mindset with experience working with cross‑functional product teams; comfortable with agile scrum development methodologies.

Self‑motivated with a strong capacity for independent initiative and creative problem‑solving.

Minimum 4 years experience in PC insurance (or equivalent).

Compensation & Benefits Base compensation range for this role is $61,087 to $104,364. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
