Base pay range $145,000.00/yr – $260,000.00/yr

Role Strategic Project Lead

Compensation Base: $145,000 – $260,000 + Competitive Equity

Years of Experience (YOE) 2 – 8 years of experience working closely with customers and having full ownership across relevant areas such as operations, account management, product, etc.

Responsibilities As part of a rapidly scaling AI‑startup, you will engage frontline customers to ensure they become long‑term partners. Every engagement starts with a company’s single most critical problem: hiring. Whether it’s building a security‑cleared engineering team in under a month, hiring a Head of Growth post‑Series A, or sourcing highly specialized technical talent for cutting‑edge research, you will lead high‑stakes strategic projects end‑to‑end, bringing structure, speed, and execution rigor to problems where the cost of failure is high and outcomes truly matter.
