Marios Roofing LLC is expanding into Warwick, Rhode Island and Sudbury, MA, and we’re looking for a high‑level Branch Manager for each location with real industry experience to launch, lead, and grow this new location.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role where you will oversee sales, production, operations, and staff development — with significant long‑term growth potential. You will begin with hands‑on training in our Stoughton and Wareham offices before taking full ownership of the branch.

What You’ll Do Branch Launch & Leadership
Open the Warwick/Sudbury branch as its first employee
Develop and manage local operations, workflows, and subcontractor relationships
Collaborate directly with the Leadership Team to meet launch and growth milestones
Represent Marios with professionalism and customer‑first service
Run initial sales appointments (appointments scheduled by our corporate team)
Conduct inspections, prepare accurate estimates, deliver proposals, and close deals
Build a healthy, high‑quality sales pipeline
Train and develop the Product Specialist (Sales Rep) when hired
Production Management
Coordinate materials, subcontractors, scheduling, communication, and quality control
Keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety standards
Maintain detailed notes and financial accuracy in ServiceTitan
Transition production oversight to a Production Manager as the branch grows
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection
Track KPIs: revenue, lead‑to‑sale conversion, job cycle times, profitability, and satisfaction
Communicate performance and insights directly with the Leadership Team
Use data‑driven decision‑making to optimize branch operations
Team Building
Assist in hiring the Product Specialist, Production Manager, and future CSR/CX roles
Cultivate a positive, accountable, family‑oriented branch culture
Lead by example with clarity, consistency, and strong coaching
Expertise with ERP/CRM systems; ServiceTitan preferred
Proven leadership and team management experience
High proficiency in job costing, financial understanding, and estimating
Experience with residential financing options helpful
Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning advanced systems

Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of project management and/or account management experience in roofing, exteriors, remodeling, HVAC, solar, plumbing, or related home services
Direct roofing/exteriors experience strongly preferred
Leadership experience managing crews, subcontractors, or field operations
Ability to manage both sales and production responsibilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Commission and bonus incentives with high long‑term earning potential
