Sales Director: RF/Connectivity Solutions (Silicon Valley) - Executive Recruitment Full‑time role, reporting to the Sales VP.

We are seeking a highly strategic and self‑motivated Sales Director to expand our business with top‑tier customers in Silicon Valley.

Responsibilities

Set up business strategy for roadmap technologies, specifically LCP and 5G/mmWave antenna products.

Expand current B2B businesses and maintain existing programs from a supply chain perspective.

Open doors for new business opportunities with North America accounts.

Project and forecast annual/quarterly revenue; set sales quotas and targets.

Be actively involved in projects' operations to ensure ramp success.

Resolve escalated customer issues and provide expertise when setting pricing plans.

Qualifications

10+ years working experience in B2B/Consumer Electronics Industry, including project management and supply chain management.

Bachelor's degree or above.

Understanding of BOM cost structure and basic understanding of DFM.

Strategic mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Good command in both written and oral English; Chinese Mandarin is a plus.

Must have legal working status (no sponsorship) and be able to travel.
