Executive Assistant to CEO
Location:
San Antonio, TX - On-site Compensation:
$70,000 - $80,000 base + bonus Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; flexibility as needed

Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and cross-functional priorities to maximize productivity Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and executive committee, ensuring smooth communication, accurate meeting minutes, and follow-through on priorities Navigate confidential and complex schedules, balancing priorities across teams and C-suite leaders Coordinate with stakeholders while optimizing time and resources Support internal operations, policies, and compliance in partnership with the executive and HR teams
