Primary Responsibilities

The Network Strategy Manager is a centralized role that coordinates the multifunctional requirements supporting new revenue attainment, increased network utilization, network optimization, and financial forecast planning. The Network Strategy Manager drives operational excellence by optimizing and synchronizing warehouse capacity across multiple sites, ensuring agile responsiveness to fluctuating customer demand.

What You’ll Do

Act as a liaison between Business Development teams, Operations, Supply Chain Solutions, IT, and other departments to coordinate and optimize warehouse capacity utilization

Monitor and analyze network‑wide warehouse capacity and demand to identify potential constraints and opportunities for optimization

Leverage data analytics and forecasting tools to proactively identify opportunities or constraints, implement strategic adjustments to accelerate throughput, and ensure service quality

Collaborate with sales teams to align regional and cross‑regional capacity planning to determine capacity available for selling

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align demand forecasting, inventory distribution, and capacity planning

Collaborate with warehouse operations, business development, and finance teams to support decision‑making around aligning customer expectations to network capacities and capabilities

Develop and implement strategies to improve overall network efficiency

Coordinate and maintain data in support of Market and Site Plans

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address capacity challenges by applying quantitative modeling and analysis to profitability assessment, inventory management, and warehousing processes

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing network capacity utilization, customer satisfaction, and incremental revenue attainment

Support market strategy plans and coordination with Marketing on campaigns

What Experience And Education You Need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related disciplines

Requires 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably with cross‑site coordination responsibilities

Skilled in capacity planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management across multi‑warehouse networks

Strong project management skills and communication skills

Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams

What Could Set You Apart

Knowledge of cold chain logistics, warehouse operations, and transportation

Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools

Proficient with supply chain analytics platforms, demand planning software, and capacity management tools

Physical Requirements

Requires the ability to sit for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions

Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending

Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work

Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks

May require travel by automobile and airplane for business

May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing

May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds

Requires the use of various electronic tools
