Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer
You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. You will drive high-performance results within a fast-paced sales environment, focusing on optimizing customer and employee experience. You will act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager, complete trainings, attend weekly sales leadership calls, and continuously motivate the team to perform their best in every guest interaction.
Responsibilities
Building, developing, and mentoring the sales team.
Working through teams to teach, coach and follow the sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
Attracting and retaining top caliber employees.
Brand advocate for Victra.
Providing ongoing sales training and support for the team to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
Engaging in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
Ensuring store employees meet or exceed defined monthly success measurements and complete assigned training on time.
Developing and implementing sales tools and initiatives.
Maintaining store performance through retail inventory compliance.
Engaging in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing, and providing sales reports.
Thinking of innovative ways to drive traffic in stores and capitalize on the existing customer base.
Owning store success and all guest escalations, providing timely resolution.
Clearly communicating company objectives and priorities to team members with timely follow‑up.
Staying up to date with new sales promotions and ensuring guests receive complete solutions to meet their needs.

Compensation Base Pay: $45,435.21 per year. Pay rates include base pay at the above rate, with the opportunity to earn a monthly General Manager bonus. The average all‑in pay is $84,764.21 per year for this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
Management experience in a commission‑based sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
Ability to balance multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
Experience setting goals, evaluating performance, and developing a high‑performing team.
Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift ten pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment with Victra.
