Responsibilities
Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as the principal consultant for data and analytics engagements
Provide thought leadership in the Data & Analytics space, helping define the AI & analytics agenda and identifying opportunities to create business value
Drive client engagement, ensuring successful project delivery and measurable business outcomes
Collaborate with business teams and senior leadership to co‑develop account plans, strategies for growth, and client satisfaction
Lead and orchestrate a wide range of data and analytics initiatives, from solution design to execution
Own and contribute to strategic deliverables such as strategy, target operating models, solution visions, and roadmaps
Shape new opportunities, lead pursuits and RFPs, and develop proposals that showcase EPAM’s capabilities
Requirements
10+ years of experience in IT or Management Consulting, with a focus on data and analytics
Expertise in at least one relevant industry: consumer, services, retail, or distribution
Strong understanding of commercial or supply chain data and business acumen
Proven track record of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large‑scale programs with senior business and IT stakeholders
Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with end‑to‑end data analytics project delivery, including solutioning and proposal development
Awareness of cloud/data technologies and trends, with practical experience in major data analytics platforms (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, data science platforms)
Ability to challenge and influence data solution design and technology selection for enterprise data platforms
Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with a desire to learn and expand your comfort zone

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $160,000 - $220,000.
