Lead Events Specialist – Chicago, IL (River North)
$85,000 - $95,000 Plus Full Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, and Vision), 401K with 5% Match, PTO, Yearly Bonuses +++

Our team partners closely with brand, R&D, and product development teams to create tailored actives, base formulas, and finished solutions aligned with each client’s performance goals and production needs. From concept through commercialization, we emphasize transparency, consistency, and reliability, ensuring every ingredient and formula delivers measurable results at scale. What You’ll Do:
Lead the planning lifecycle of corporate conferences, executive summits, employee events, and brand activations, ensuring each event has a clear story, purpose, and attendee experience.
Meet with business leaders to translate event goals into concrete deliverables including themes, agendas, speaker logistics, and engagement moments.
Build detailed project timelines with milestones for creative teams, logistics, vendors, and communications, keeping all stakeholders aligned and informed.
Run on-site operations as the point person for all decisions, overseeing setup, troubleshooting issues in real time, coordinating with speakers and executives, and maintaining a polished guest experience.
Build and manage event budgets, track expenses, compare vendor bids, and make resourceful choices that boost ROI and overall impact.
Partner with marketing to develop pre-event communications, promotional assets, agendas, and post-event recaps.
Produce post-event reports with attendance metrics, budget summaries, vendor reviews, photos, attendee feedback, and recommendations for improvement.
What You Have:
3-5+ years’ progressive experience planning and executing corporate or large-scale professional events; beauty, aesthetics, or similar field preferred.
Strong vendor management skills with experience negotiating contracts, coordinating teams, and overseeing catering/production partners.
Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to forecast costs, compare vendor proposals, and manage expenses.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering a polished, high-quality experience for attendees.
Ability to travel frequently to 10-15 events per year across the United States and throughout North America, up to 40% travel.
