Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in MA
Book of Business, ideally $1+M
8+ years of experience in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience, and a book of business
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to mentor and train junior attorneys
