Base pay range $250,000.00/yr – $500,000.00/yr
Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Litigation Partner to join the team with a book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience. As a Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex litigation matters, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in MA.
Book of Business, ideally $1+M.
8+ years of experience in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience, and a book of business.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to mentor and train junior attorneys.
