Consulting Research Associate I / II or Consulting Research Analyst
Hybrid Schedule : Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah.

Qualifications
Consulting Research Associate I:
BA/BS in social sciences, public health, economics, statistics or actuarial science with
Consulting Research Associate II:
BA/BS in the same fields and at least 3 years experience. Master’s preferred.
Consulting Research Analyst:
BA/BS in the same fields and at least 5 years experience. Master’s or PhD preferred.
Skills and Attributes
Perform complex program analyses and produce dashboards and summary reports.
Apply state/federal regulatory knowledge to recommended actions.
Extract, cleanse, aggregate, and process data from multiple sources.
Work independently and as part of internal teams to solve business challenges.
Collaborate cross‑functionally on business cases and problem identification.
Analyze and recommend solutions, ensuring root cause identification.
Present analysis to business partners to guide decisions.
Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is highly desirable.
What You Will Do At Cambia
Use analytical/statistical tools (Alteryx, SAS, SQL, R, Tableau) for large‑scale data extraction and summarization.
Preprocess data through cleansing, aggregation, and combination of multiple sources.
Apply advanced analytics (forecasting, experimental design, predictive models) to support business strategy.
Use data insights and policy knowledge to develop actionable solutions for internal partners.
Communicate results through effective oral, written, and presentation skills.
Coordinate activities and projects, resolve issues, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
Additional Minimum Requirements For Consulting Research Analyst
Greater depth in analytical programming and data preprocessing than an Analytic Associate.
Advanced analytics in one or more areas (descriptive statistics, forecasting, multivariate modeling, etc.).
Provide analysis supporting strategy, program implementation, and evaluation.
Serve as a resource to current and new program opportunities.
Deliver insights to internal and external customers, including leadership.
Coordinate across teams to drive timely solutions and resolve issues.
Apply healthcare and interventions knowledge to improve member experience and cost containment.
Design or oversee acceptance testing of new reports, programs, and models; ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Compensation Consulting Research Associate I: $62,100–$82,800 (bonus target 10%).
Full Salary Range
$57,000–$95,000.
Consulting Research Associate II: $75,700–$102,350 (bonus target 10%).
Full Salary Range
$71,000–$116,000.
Consulting Research Analyst: $91,800–$123,100 (bonus target 15%).
Full Salary Range
$86,000–$141,000.
