About the Role
We are seeking a
Director of Sales, B2C
to lead and scale our consumer sales organization across
two branch locations . This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role with
full ownership of sales strategy, P&L performance, and team development .
The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building consistent sales execution across branches, and developing a high‑performing, well‑trained sales team. This role is
onsite in Charlotte, NC
and requires a leader who values in‑person collaboration and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the
B2C sales strategy
across two branch locations
Maintain
full P&L responsibility , including revenue, margins, forecasting, and expense management
Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and frontline sales teams
Build and implement
sales training, onboarding, and ongoing enablement programs
Establish and monitor
KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting cadence
across branches
Drive consistency in sales process, messaging, and customer experience
Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience to optimize performance
Analyze market trends, branch‑level performance, and customer behavior to inform strategy
Ensure accountability through performance management, incentives, and compensation plans
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive
B2C sales experience
3+ years in a
sales leadership role
with direct responsibility for teams and revenue
Proven experience leading
multiple locations or branches
Demonstrated success owning
P&L and sales forecasting
Strong background in
sales training, coaching, and enablement
Data‑driven, disciplined leader with strong operational and financial acumen
