The Opportunity Our dynamic tax function offers growth as it evolves. You'll contribute to compliance, audit defense, and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property, gaining leadership, career advancement, and mentorship.

Your Key Responsibilities You’ll support client consultations, challenge the unclaimed property and escheat approach for optimal effectiveness, build strong client relationships, and implement knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements in a collaborative culture.

Thoroughly and accurately analyzing information; preparing quality, practical approaches to the client's unclaimed property situation and arriving at appropriate conclusions.

Demonstrating an understanding of increasingly complex unclaimed property concepts.

To qualify for the role, you must have

A bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience.

Technical experience related to compliance, audit defense and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services.

Performance and process advisory experience related to unclaimed property compliance.

Broad exposure to state and local taxation.

Excellent organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills.

Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment.

Ideally, you'll also have

A minimum of 2 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment.

Ability to obtain CPA certification, membership in the US Bar, or a professional designation from the IPT.

What We Look For We want individuals who can manage multiple challenging tax engagements, deliver innovative tax planning ideas, build relationships across a network of existing and future clients, and drive operational efficiencies while demonstrating a solid understanding of client businesses.

What We Offer You

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $81,700 to $135,000 (US). Additional benefits include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options.

A hybrid work model with an expectation that most external client-serving roles work in person 40‑60% of the time over engagements, projects, or a year.
