Support client consultations and challenge unclaimed property and escheat approaches for optimal effectiveness Develop strong client relationships and collaborate with internal resources Apply knowledge of unclaimed property concepts and requirements to client situations Work in a highly collaborative culture that emphasizes listening and information sharing Skills and Attributes for Success

Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive services and deliverables Stay informed of current technical developments and apply knowledge to client situations Analyze information thoroughly and accurately to propose practical approaches for unclaimed property Demonstrate understanding of increasingly complex unclaimed property concepts Participate in and help achieve team goals Qualifications

A bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience Technical experience related to compliance, audit defense and consulting for abandoned and unclaimed property services Performance and process advisory experience related to unclaimed property compliance Broad exposure to state and local taxation Excellent organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills Willingness to travel as needed and to work in a balanced hybrid environment Ideally, You’ll Also Have

A minimum of 2 years of relevant unclaimed property consulting experience within a professional services environment Ability to obtain CPA certification, member of the US Bar or a professional designation from IPT What We Look For

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with salary ranges: US location: $81,700–$135,000; New York City Metro, Washington State, California (excluding Sacramento) $98,100–$153,500. Salaries depend on education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards includes medical/dental, pension and 401(k), and PTO options.
