Sr. Account Manager, GenAI ISV Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Description Would you like to be part of a business helping hyper‑growth GenAI Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) innovate, and exceed revenue goals? Do you have the business savvy skills necessary to motivate a cross‑functional team—including sales, product, and alliances—to deliver business growth for AWS and our ISV partners?

AWS is seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to sell to strategic GenAI ISVs and expand the business with our hottest ISV customers. The role involves setting a long‑term strategy and executing daily to grow customers. You will build and maintain broad relationships, manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources.

Role & Responsibilities

Team with all aspects of the customer’s organization—from C‑level executives to engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales.

Build relationships across the account using creative systems thinking, visioning, and collaboration with an extended team to address all ISV customer needs.

Sell at the most strategic (C‑level) within the account and implement a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.

Work collaboratively with AWS resources (executives, partner, support, solution architect) to support customer interests.

Advocate for the customer in harmony with AWS business needs.

Drive new service adoption and new line‑of‑business development.

Coordinate partnership and technical collaboration responsibilities with dotted‑line oversight.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of technology sales experience.

5+ years of cloud computing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, database, and/or storage experience.

Compensation Base pay ranges from $128,600 per year in our lowest geographic market to $212,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Additional compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other components of a total compensation package.
