Within PPX, the fast‑growing Capital One Travel team seeks to transform the way customers book travel. Our mission is to grow and develop our product into an industry‑leading travel booking platform that delivers unique, differentiated benefits to our millions of customers while also powering the headline marketable benefits of our credit card products.

In this role, you will sit at the forefront of Travel Growth, leading Marketing Delivery Strategy & Execution, including the build‑out of an ecosystem of personalized, triggered messaging and helping evolve the range of capabilities in our marketing toolkit to drive deeper loyalty and customer stickiness. You will serve as a lead strategist partnering with Travel Tech to advance our infrastructure and spearhead Travel’s efforts to innovate and accelerate the operational pace at which we launch campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with Business Analysts, Marketers, Horizontal Product, and Tech (across Travel and Card) to understand and influence the holistic Growth vision of the business.

Convert this understanding into a coordinated and thoughtful path to evolve the suite of capabilities that underpin our shared marketing vision.

Oversee the build and execution of complex, cross‑functional campaigns that power Travel‑related experiences leveraging our marketing infrastructure.

Own and prioritize the long‑term (12‑18 months) product roadmap to deliver business outcomes, ensuring all resources are aligned for success.

Define KPIs for your product and measure and track progress, refining the roadmap as data dictates.

Have an end‑to‑end understanding of your product and its ecosystem to anticipate impacts from changes elsewhere.

Work closely with tech leadership and architecture to understand trade‑offs of technical decisions and ensure the best tool for the job.

Challenge the status quo and chart new ways of working that position the business for efficient, fast‑paced growth.

Rally teams and senior stakeholders to your product vision and influence prioritization across partner teams.

Attract, retain, and mentor top talent on the team, fostering their product careers.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Management.

2+ years of people management experience.

Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.

Experience leveraging data infrastructure to enable customer‑facing experiences.

Travel industry and/or marketing experience.

Salary

Richmond, VA: $175,500 – $200,300

New York, NY: $210,500 – $240,300

McLean, VA: $193,000 – $220,300
