Strategy Manager (206520) – Aquent Hybrid 5‑6 month engagement in Beaverton, OR.

Base pay range $53.00/hr – $59.00/hr

Role Overview We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our client’s team for a 5‑6‑month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. This role offers the opportunity to shape consumer‑ and growth‑oriented plans for a pivotal business area. You will develop forward‑thinking strategies, translate complex insights into actionable plans, and drive significant business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of innovative consumer‑ and growth‑oriented strategies for a key business segment.

Drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion, demonstrating exceptional project leadership and organizational skills.

Conduct in‑depth analytical research to uncover critical insights, inform strategic recommendations, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Craft and deliver compelling, high‑impact presentations to effectively communicate strategies and influence diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Foster robust collaborative relationships with cross‑functional partners across marketing, marketplace, product development, design, merchandising, and finance teams.

Champion effective teamwork, integrating diverse perspectives to achieve shared strategic objectives and drive consensus.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization by ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

8‑9 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, or consumer product strategy.

Demonstrated strategic mindset and proven thought leadership capabilities.

Exceptional project leadership experience, capable of guiding initiatives from inception to successful completion.

Strong analytical ability, with a track record of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Outstanding presentation skills and advanced proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint.

Proven ability to influence and engage effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Flexible, collaborative, and adaptable approach to teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Ability to foster effective teamwork and integrate differing perspectives for optimal outcomes.

Occasional travel may be required.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

Prior experience working with leading global brands or enterprises.

Extensive strategy or consulting experience within large, complex corporations.

Demonstrated ability to deeply understand consumer behavior and translate insights into impactful gross strategies.

Experience in brand strategy and development, global strategy, go‑to‑market strategy, or corporate strategy.

Compensation is based on education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
