Their team is passionate about sustainability and designing cost-effective, environmentally friendly structures. Lastly, they work collaboratively with architects and contractors to ensure our projects are built solidly and as intended. LVI Associates are seeking a Licensed Professional Engineering with a strong background in structural engineering, who has worked on residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess a robust technical background in residential projects, with a strong emphasis on wood-construction engineering. Experience in seismic retrofitting, foundation design, and sustainable building practices is highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and other projects. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Perform site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications. Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in structural engineering. Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering. Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
