Senior Manufacturing Engineer Senior Manufacturing Engineer needed for an established manufacturer to lead process improvement and product development activities for a fast‑paced job shop.

Base Pay Range $119,000.00/yr - $131,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

Work with the retiring incumbent to take over process optimization, failure analysis/root cause investigations, Lean initiatives, cross‑functional collaboration with machine shop and maintenance.

Lead process improvement and product development activities.

Qualifications

BS Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience.

8+ years of mechanical engineering with machining exposure preferred.

Lean and maintenance support capability.

SolidWorks, strong GD&T required.
