Join EY as an Experienced Product Manager focused on Google Workspace Platform within our Global EY Microsoft 365 support team. You will collaborate with other Product Managers, technical leads, engineers, and Google to deliver best‑in‑class products that enhance employee experience and support EY’s Business Continuity Planning for senior executives worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver best‑in‑class products that drive positive employee experiences and increase productivity and wellbeing.
Identify, design, and implement Google Workspace and other supported products/platforms to solve business challenges.
Oversee the review and deployment of new Google Workspace features aligned with the GWS roadmap.
Champion client‑centric approaches and delivery excellence.
Leverage offshore and near‑shore sales, solutions, and delivery capabilities to produce results.
Lead with a diverse mindset, EY values, and a strong focus on developing those around you.
Partner with Risk, senior leaders, Crisis Program Management, and Business Relationship Management representatives to achieve strategic and operational targets across regions.
Work directly with Google to influence product adaptation to EY needs.
Collaborate with engineers and technical leads in the GWS, Microsoft, and AvePoint spaces.
Test, implement, and transition new services or upgrades to core foundational services.
Provide input to drive service improvement from technical and process perspectives.
Gather reporting and KPI statistics to complement service ownership.
Qualifications
Experience implementing and deploying GWS services/features across multiple sites and geographies.
Knowledge of attribute management and synchronization across systems such as Talent, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other GWS services.
Ability to articulate the purpose of GWS in a BCP environment.
Experience integrating internal infrastructure and processes with GWS cloud environments, including security and RBAC models.
Focus on risk management, legal, data privacy, security, and user experience for GWS and related MS integrated products.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong documentation, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, networking, and relationship skills.
What We Offer
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $116,300 to $217,500 in the U.S. (location‑specific ranges apply).
