Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in business litigation and/or medical malpractice to join its New Jersey office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative trial litigation team handling complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in New Jersey AND New York , in good standing
- 2–4 years of substantive litigation experience, including business and/or medical malpractice matters
- Experience handling matters in federal and state courts
- Prior judicial clerkship strongly preferred
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented mindset and capacity to work independently when needed
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrated commitment to client service
Key Responsibilities
- Work on complex litigation across business and medical malpractice matters
- Draft and argue motions , briefs , and other filings in state (NJ , NY , PA , FL ) and federal courts
- Support trial preparation and trial proceedings
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and litigation team members

- Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of $165,000 -$175,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
