with experience in
business litigation
and/or
medical malpractice
to join its
New Jersey
office. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative trial litigation team handling complex matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission
in
New Jersey AND New York , in good standing
2–4 years
of substantive
litigation
experience, including
business and/or medical malpractice matters
Experience handling matters in
federal
and
state courts
Prior
judicial clerkship
strongly preferred
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented mindset and capacity to work independently when needed
Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrated commitment to client service
Key Responsibilities
Work on
complex litigation
across
business
and
medical malpractice
matters
Draft
and
argue motions ,
briefs , and other
filings
in state ( NJ ,
NY ,
PA ,
FL ) and
federal courts
Support
trial preparation
and trial
proceedings
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and litigation team members
