Role Description

The position involves handling labor and employment law matters, managing employment litigation cases, conducting legal research, and drafting motions. The attorney will be responsible for representing clients in legal proceedings and providing strategic counsel in labor and employment-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in Employment Litigation, including representing clients and managing legal cases
- Proficiency in conducting thorough legal Research and preparing professional motions
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
