As the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you’ll guide a well-organized specialty pharmacy where processes are established, teams are collaborative, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll lead with confidence knowing you’re stepping into a structured environment designed to support both your leadership and your clinical decision-making. In this role, your expertise drives quality, safety, and patient-centered care — all within a pharmacy culture that values balance, consistency, and a calm, streamlined workflow.
What You’ll Do Lead pharmacy operations, ensuring all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards are met. Oversee dispensing, inventory control, and purchasing to maintain a seamless, predictable workflow. Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff — fostering teamwork, growth, and steady performance. Support accreditation, quality improvement, and ongoing survey readiness. Partner cross-functionally to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and strengthen operational efficiency. Take an active role in budget planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy, with an active pharmacist license (multi-state preferred). 5+ years of recent clinical pharmacy experience; infusion or specialty pharmacy background highly preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management, quality standards, and pharmacokinetics. Familiarity with CPR+ software and accreditation processes is a plus. A leadership mindset — someone who excels in structured environments and can balance clinical precision with operational strategy.
