Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)
to oversee daily pharmacy operations at our
St. Louis location
while supporting compliance and licensure efforts across our multi-state footprint. This position requires a
consistent on-site presence
during regular business hours and a practical, cooperative approach to pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a founder-led organization and supportive of business growth through additional state licensure. Key Responsibilities Pharmacist-in-Charge Duties Serve as
Pharmacist-in-Charge
for the designated pharmacy location Ensure compliance with
state Boards of Pharmacy , DEA, and applicable federal regulations Maintain policies, procedures, and documentation in an audit-ready state Act as primary point of contact for inspections and regulatory inquiries Daily Pharmacy Operations Oversee day-to-day pharmacy workflow and dispensing accuracy Support staffing coverage and operational consistency Provide hands-on oversight alongside pharmacy staff as needed Ensure prescriptions are processed in accordance with regulatory and company standards Multi-State Licensure Support Support licensure and renewal activities in additional states as needed Understand and comply with state-specific pharmacy requirements Cooperate with leadership in expanding pharmacy licensure to support shipping and growth Team & Leadership Provide steady leadership to pharmacists and technicians Set clear expectations around attendance, performance, and compliance Escalate operational or compliance concerns appropriately Required Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Active pharmacist license in
Missouri
(required) Eligible and willing to obtain licensure in additional states Prior experience serving as
Pharmacist-in-Charge
or Pharmacy Manager Strong understanding of pharmacy compliance and operations
