is a newly established independent community pharmacy in the Bronx. We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Supervising Pharmacist (PIC) who wants real autonomy, predictable operations, and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. What You’ll Do Serve as Supervising Pharmacist / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) Lead all pharmacy operations in compliance with NYS Board of Pharmacy and federal regulations Oversee dispensing, verification, staffing, scheduling, and inventory Manage controlled substance compliance and DEA requirements Provide clinical oversight, patient counseling, immunizations, MTM, and adherence programs Partner with ownership on payer strategy, wholesalers, and service expansion
What We’re Looking For Active New York State Pharmacist License (good standing) Eligible to be designated as PIC / Supervising Pharmacist Retail and/or community pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of NYS pharmacy law and compliance Leadership mindset with a desire to build and lead PIC or independent pharmacy experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive NYC-market salary
