Role
The Attorney Recruiting Specialists will play a central role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top legal talent (lateral associates, partners, summer associates, and entry-level associates).
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting logistics for summer associate and lateral attorney hiring programs.
- Coordinate on-campus interviews (OCI), callback interviews, job fairs, and virtual recruiting events with law schools nationwide.
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews (phone, video, and in-person), prepare interview packets, manage interviewer calendars, and collect feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates; deliver white-glove candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage.
- Oversee the summer associate program logistics (orientation, work assignments, social events, mid-summer and exit reviews, offer process).
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the firm’s applicant tracking system (ATS – typically viRecruit, FloRecruit, or LawCruit).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and polished demeanor.
Working Situation
Hybrid
- Base Salary: $70-100k+, commensurate with experience.
- Additional Compensation: Annual performance-based bonus.
