Responsibilities
- Lead accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee and review the work of AP and AR staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Produce timely and accurate financial statements.
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems
- Handle additional controller-level duties as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate
- Strong skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Experience overseeing AP/AR staff and workflows.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
