Community & Health Services – Executive Leadership Role
We are seeking a capable and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy, governance and planning functions. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will drive organisational sustainability, strengthen financial transparency and support decision‑making across our national service operations.
You will oversee budgeting, funding utilisation, contracts, financial reporting and governance compliance, while enabling the organisation to grow responsibly and deliver high‑quality outcomes for the community.
What you will lead
Strategic financial planning and corporate governance
Budgeting, forecasting and multi‑year financial modelling
Board and FARM reporting and decision‑support analysis
Financial systems improvement, efficiency and data‑driven insights
Funding accountability, contractual compliance and audits
Leadership of finance operations and team capability
What you bring
CA, CPA or CIMA qualification (CIMA highly regarded)
Proven experience at CFO, Head of Finance or Senior Finance Executive level
Strong financial governance and stakeholder engagement capability
Experience in not‑for‑profit, health or community services (or related sectors)
Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic leadership mindset
