Pay Range:
$50-55 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a qualified and student-focused Speech‑Language Pathologist to provide school‑based services to students ages 5‑21. This full‑time position offers a manageable caseload and consistent weekly hours in a collaborative educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with students IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and write progress reports
Manage a caseload of approximately 55 students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
Qualifications
Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Active state SLP license
CCC‑SLP preferred; CFs considered with appropriate supervision
School‑based experience preferred but not required
