Senior Architect

Job Description:
We are seeking a client facing Architect to lead design and delivery of high‑impact projects, providing strategic technical direction and ensuring architectural integrity across systems and solutions.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and effectively manages time to execute upon assigned tasks within set deadlines (3+ projects at any given time)
Communicates clearly with managing team members
Demonstrates advanced technical intelligence in the practicing area of architecture and/or interior design
Demonstrates clear understanding of all project phases and sequencing
Develop space plans
Develop site surveys and related documentation
Develop project schedulesDemonstrates advanced proficiency in the assembly of Construction Documents
Effectively researches and problem solves to lead development of code compliant designs
May oversee all design and drawings
Leads communication with other disciplines, consultants, vendors, developers, and contractors to ensure seamless incorporation of all information into project documentation; provides support as necessary
Actively leads and mentors junior teammates across multiple projects in any phase
Participates in project meetings, on‑site visits, and field reviews
Participates in review of project costs/budgets and provides recommendations for value engineering
Provides advanced support during Construction Administration phase by responding to RFIs and COs, reviewing shop drawings and coordinating consultants
May contribute to and manage project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, set up, close out, and profitability
May manage OTJ and consultant invoicing and collections
Collaborates effectively with all departments
Qualifications
8-15 years of experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of Architecture
Licensed: RA, NCARB, AIA
Advanced level Revit proficiency
Intermediate level rendering software proficiency (Enscape, Lumion, or other)
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Intermediate proficiency in Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Working knowledge of building codesProficient in Bluebeam, Plangrid, and Procore
Advanced knowledge of construction documents
Advanced knowledge of space planning
Carry out client‑facing, business development efforts and present pitches to clients
