Salary : The budgeted base salary range is $125,901 - 158,823 commensurate with qualifications and experience, and aligned with internal equity.

Job Responsibilities

Managing the care of patients within assigned area and/or area of expertise within the parameters of medical staff privileges.

Working collaboratively with other providers in the care of patients, providing education to patients, families, and significant others.

Integrating evidence-based knowledge and clinical expertise in decision‑making.

Acting as a resource for clinical staff in the practice setting and participating in the educational experience of learners.

Leading multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated delivery of patient care services.

Completing a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education in pediatric emergency topics every two years that are approved by an accrediting agency.

All physician assistants caring for children in the emergency department and fast track/urgent care area shall have documentation of a minimum of 16 hours of continuing education in pediatric emergency topics every two years that are approved by an accrediting agency.
