Hotel Management & Consulting seeks an experienced, dynamic, hands‑on leader to drive our Tucson property. The ideal candidate is adaptable, energetic, goal‑driven, and has a proven track record in hotel management. Benefits

Leadership & Team Building: recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6‑12 staff. Exceptional Guest Services: maintain “Guest Ready” standards and address guest concerns promptly. Operational Excellence: follow brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&L. Sales & Marketing: promote the property and foster relationships with local organizations and competitors. Teamwork: assist with housekeeping, laundry, and public space duties as needed. Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency protocols and meet security requirements. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver’s license. 1+ years as a hotel general manager. Proficient computer skills. Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities. Effective oral and written communication skills. Proactive and aggressive in problem resolution. Strong leadership and team development skills. Physical Requirements

Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods. Lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 20 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
