How You'll Make an Impact

Lead and coach a team of Account Managers to achieve sales objectives.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key market verticals.

Forecast bookings and manage opportunity pipelines effectively.

Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers.

Collaborate with business units to align value propositions with market trends.

Drive market analysis and identify growth opportunities.

Oversee team development, including training and performance management.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience leading sales pursuits.

At least 5 years of experience in the data center market.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex solutions.

Proven leadership skills in coaching and team development.

Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
